Who we are

A Mississippi native now living in the District, pMichelle is one of the voices behind Lipstick, Libations & Liberation—a podcast where real conversations meet bold truths. A new wife and mom of five (two boys, one daughter, plus a bonus son and daughter), she knows a thing or two about balance, boundaries, and building joy in the middle of chaos.

The youngest of six, she grew up sharp, outspoken, and naturally curious—traits that evolved into a critical thinker with a deeply spiritual core and an unapologetically creative spirit. She’s an entrepreneur, a go-getter, and an all-around badass who believes liberation starts with telling the truth—especially your own.

Stephanie is the daughter of Cheryl, daughter of Juanita, daughter of Mary, daughter of Victoria and mother of Ella Jade. Fueled by the legacy and spirit of multiple generations of Black women educators, activists, and healers, she brings a special blend of sharp and soft to the conversation.

By trade, pMichelle and Stephanie are real Teachers at heart, passionate about growth, healing, and community. By dream? Hollywood might want to clear some space. When they’re not creating, they’re either buried in a good book or binge-watching 90s and early 2000s sitcoms with a glass of something strong nearby.

Lipstick, Libations & Liberation is where pMichelle & Stephanie pour it all out—faith, family, culture, and the freedom to be fully yourself.
